Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided if participant cancellations are made 3 or more days in advance of cruises. No refunds will be given if a refund request is made less than 3 days in advance of the cruise(s) in question. If a cruise is cancelled by the Metropark, every attempt will be made to reschedule, or a refund will be provided. If payment was made by credit card, refunds will be applied to the same credit card account. If payment was made by check or cash, refunds take 3-4 weeks to process and all refunds are paid by check to the reserving party‚s name. No cash refunds are provided.
